About Us

I was born and raised in the Netherlands, in a small town called Purmerend, which is about 20 minutes from Amsterdam. I have always been intrigued with our environment, especially the acres of green fields for the grazing cows and beautiful tulip fields surrounding my town.

I enjoyed my upbringing in Noord Holland, riding my bicycle and eating the delicious foods, experiencing different flavours at a young age. Cheese was already one of my favourites as a child and I have fond memories going with my mom to the market and picking out different cheeses on Saturday from the same cheese man for years. Now it is run by his son and to this day, I still buy my cheese from him!
