What does a Say Cheese tasting include?
Say Cheese provides all of the necessary napkins, plates, silverware, glasses – and of course the wine and cheese.  We also handle all of the set up and clean up after the event.
What kind of events are good matches for Say Cheese?

We have had a lot of success with fundraisers, private dinner parties, social events, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.

How many people do you suggest for an event?

6 is the minimum and 20 is the maximum.

What does it cost?

The fee for the party is $250 plus the cost of wines and cheeses needed for the events. Once you have committed to an event, we will select the cheeses and wines to suit your party and budget.

Can you give me an idea of what the cheeses and wine may cost?

The cost of cheeses and wines varies greatly by season, availability, and your preferences. We will work with you to identify your preferences.

Can I keep the leftover cheese and wine?

Yes, of course.

When should I book the event?

We require at least 8 weeks advance notice. We import the cheeses directly from the Netherlands and need to plan well in advance to ensure availability of your choices.

Are there any cancellation fees?

The $250 is refundable up until 4 weeks prior to your event.
